You are on an old version that no longer receives new features or fixes and should get onto 3.0 immediately. If you are a 2.0 customer, you still need to create a new account to proceed with the Kiwi 3.0 apps. Where 2.0 was a one-time cost, 3.0 is on a yearly subscription billing model.
Uninstall 2.0 & Install 3.0
If you are on a Kiwi 2.0 version and see an in-app pop-up when you launch Kiwi, your version will not automatically update into 3.0. If you have already signed up for 3.0, you may have forgotten to get the new build. Either way, follow the steps below and start using the new App!
- Uninstall 2.0
- Sign Up for 3.0 or Log in to the Portal
- Download and Install the 3.0 App
- Enjoy!
A Special Note to Lite Users
You may have just downloaded Kiwi for Gmail Lite and now, all of a sudden, get a warning that this version is out of date. This is because Kiwi for Gmail Lite will soon be removed from the Mac App Store in Summer 2021. Even though Kiwi for Gmail 3.0 will be released on the Mac App Store, it will not automatically update Kiwi for Gmail Lite builds. So please get 3.0 now while you can at extremely discounted rates. You'll get even more features when you move over.
