When you sign up for Kiwi products from the Website, you will fill out and submit a Create an Account form. This form....
- is prepopulated with information from your Google Account by default (Via Google SSO)
- it can be updated by browser Auto-Fill features
- it can be updated manually
If for any reason the information on the Sign-Up form was not accurate at the time you submitted it, you will need to log a case with support@kiwiforgmail.com to change your email but you will be able to login to the portal and change your name.
To make sure this doesn't happen with other applications that use Google Single Sign-On, and/or Auto-fill forms, we recommend the following!
(a) Make sure your email has correct info: https://myaccount.google.com/personal-info?gar=1
(b) Clean up your Auto-fill features* on your browser(s): https://support.iclasspro.com/hc/en-us/articles/218569268-How-Do-I-Disable-or-Clear-AutoFill-AutoComplete-Information-
(c) Check your Browser Extensions to make sure they do not save Name and/or Auto-fill information (the solution to fix is as unique and specific to the Extension, should you be using one.)
